This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Russian version is the legally binding one; if the two differ, the Russian version prevails.

1. Who processes the data

The Two We service (two-we.com) is a dating service for people of faith. Personal data operator: Ilya Romanovich Kiselev. Voronezh, Russia. Send requests to the support address below.

Requests regarding the processing of personal data, including withdrawal of consent and account deletion: jonirootman714@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

At registration: email address, password (stored only as an irreversible hash), name, faith/denomination and, optionally, a religious union or community. Phone number is optional, is not verified, and is never shown to other users.

In the profile: gender, who you are looking for, date of birth, city and country, marital status, whether you have children and your plans regarding children, your attitude to faith and participation in church life, education, profession, languages, height, body type, lifestyle (diet, smoking, alcohol), hobbies, views on family, a text about yourself and your desired partner, photos, and an avatar.

Special category. Information about faith and religious affiliation belongs to a special category of personal data. We process it only with your separate consent, given in the profile form, and store it encrypted in the database. Without this data the service cannot fulfil its purpose — matching within your own faith.

Psychological test: your answers and the profile computed from them. The profile is visible to you; it is shown to another person only if you yourself reveal it in a conversation.

Correspondence: messages, photos, videos, and voice recordings that you send within the service, as well as read receipts.

Location. If you tap "detect city", the app requests access to location and transmits the coordinates to our server once, to find the nearest city from our directory. The coordinates themselves are not stored: the profile keeps the city name and the coordinates of its centre, not your exact point. Denying access breaks nothing — the city can be selected manually.

Technical data: device identifier and push notification token, app version, interface language, and a flag indicating whether the app is currently open (needed so we don't send a notification about a message you are reading right now).

Subscription payment. The payment is processed by the payment service YooKassa (ЮKassa). Bank card data never reaches us and is never stored by us — we only receive the fact and amount of the payment, its identifier, and the subscription status.

3. Why we use it

So that you can sign in to your account; so that we can show your profile to other members and match you with suitable profiles; so that messaging and its notifications work; so that we can provide the paid subscription; so that we can moderate content and respond to reports; so that we can reply to you in support.

We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it to third parties for advertising. The service has no advertising networks or third-party trackers.

4. What other users see

Other members see your published profile: name, photos, age, city, faith/denomination, and the profile answers that are included in the card. Your email address, phone number, exact coordinates, and psychological test answers are never shown to other members.

5. Who we share data with

Only those without whom the service cannot function: the payment service YooKassa — to process payments; Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — to deliver push notifications to your device; the hosting provider whose servers host the service. Each recipient receives only what is needed for its function.

6. How long we keep data

For as long as your account exists. After the account is deleted, the profile, photos, correspondence, likes, test answers, and device tokens are deleted without the possibility of recovery. Individual records may be kept longer if required by law — for example, records of payments made.

7. How to delete your account and data

In the app: "Settings" → "Delete account". You will need to confirm your password. Deletion is irreversible.

Without the app — on the account deletion page.

8. Your rights

You may obtain information about the processing of your personal data, request that it be corrected, blocked, or deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing — including consent to processing data about your faith. Withdrawing consent to process data about your faith means deleting the account: without it, matching within your faith is not possible. Requests are accepted at jonirootman714@gmail.com and are handled within a period not exceeding 30 days.

9. Children

The service is intended for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect children's data; if such data is discovered, the account is deleted.

10. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the page; we announce material changes in the app or by email.
