Child Safety Standards
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Russian version is the legally binding one; if the two differ, the Russian version prevails.
Two We is a dating service for adults. We do not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form and do not tolerate child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Adults only
The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. Registration is possible only on two-we.com and requires confirming that you are of legal age; date of birth is required in the profile, and profiles of people under 18 are never published. If we learn that an account is used by a minor, the account is blocked and its profile and messages are deleted.
What is prohibited
The following is prohibited and leads to an immediate ban: any sexual content involving minors, including images, videos, text, links, and generated images; sexualized depictions of children; attempts to establish contact with a minor for sexual purposes (grooming); human trafficking and sexual services; blackmail using intimate material (sextortion); stating an age under 18 in the profile; using photographs of children as one's own profile photos.
How to report a violation
In the app and on the web, every profile and every conversation has a "Report" button and the option to block a member; a report can include a reason and a description. Reports concerning child safety are handled with priority.

What we do about a report
Moderation reviews the report, and if necessary hides the profile and restricts account access pending review. If the violation is confirmed, the account is permanently banned, the profile and uploaded material are deleted, and the violation is recorded so that the same person cannot register again. All moderation actions are logged.
Cooperation with authorities
We comply with child protection laws and report information about identified child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities in our jurisdiction of operation, as well as, where applicable, to international reporting mechanisms (NCMEC CyberTipline, report.cybertip.org). We respond to lawful requests from law enforcement and retain data related to a report for as long as the review requires.
