Terms of Use

1. Subject matter

Two We is a dating service that helps people of faith find a spouse within their own faith. By registering, you agree to these terms. The services are provided by Ilya Romanovich Kiselev.

The service provides an opportunity to meet someone. It does not guarantee a match, reciprocity, marriage, or any other outcome, and it does not make decisions on your behalf.

2. Who may use the service

People who are at least 18 years old. One person — one account. An account may not be transferred to another person.

3. Rules of conduct

The following is prohibited:

• providing false information about yourself, or posting someone else's photos;
• insulting, threatening, harassing, or inciting hatred;
• using profanity and coarse, vulgar language;
• posting political statements, slogans, and campaigning — the service is created for dating, not for political discussion;
• mentioning, promoting, or offering drugs; posting photos featuring alcohol, cigarettes, and smoking;
• posting and sending sexual content, images of nudity, or any material involving minors;
• conducting commercial activity, sending advertising, or soliciting money;
• circumventing the service's technical restrictions, or automatically collecting other members' data;
• posting other people's personal data without the owner's consent.

The app has a way to report a profile or a message, as well as to block a user. Reports are reviewed by moderation. For violating these rules, a profile may be hidden and an account blocked without a refund of the subscription fee.

4. Your content

Rights to photos and text remain yours. By publishing them on the service, you grant us the right to show them to other members as part of operating the service. We do not use your material in advertising.

5. Subscription

Some of the service's features are available by subscription. The price and scope are shown on the website at the time of purchase. The subscription is purchased and paid for on the service's website; the mobile app is a client for the same account.

A refund for the unused period is possible upon request to support and is considered in accordance with consumer protection law.

6. Mentor and matchmaker services

The mentor and the matchmaker are separate specialists. You agree on the terms and payment for their services directly with them; the service is not a party to that relationship and is not responsible for its outcome.

7. Liability

We do not verify the accuracy of the information members provide about themselves, and we are not responsible for their conduct outside the service. Be careful at first meetings: choose a public place and tell someone close to you about the meeting.

The service is provided "as is". We try to keep it running continuously, but we do not guarantee that there will be no interruptions.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time — "Settings" → "Delete account" in the app, or following the instructions on the account deletion page. We may terminate access for violating these terms.

9. Changes

These terms may change. The revision date is shown at the top of the page; by continuing to use the service after changes, you accept the new revision.
